NTERNET PROTOCOL TELEVISION (IPTV) is a new multimedia service that has rapidly expanded to both mobil
e and wireless technologies (a.k.a. Mobile IPTV). Typically, IPTV services target quality of service (QoS) guar
anteed wired networks. A number of obstacles to expanding IPTV services to wireless and mobile networks m
ust be overcome in order to guarantee QoS and foster widespread adoption. This talk discusses Mobile IPTV s
